Evidence of Editing (Use of Genre Conventions)

 

I have conformed and use genre conventions in my editing by editing short clips of chaotic shots together creating tension and increasing the pace significantly for the viewer. The use of genre conventions in my film help the audience identify the genre and will increase the viewership of the film it will appeal to the specific audience who enjoy thriller films benefitting my short film.

   Pitch My thriller film will be aimed at 15-30 year olds whom are male and female. This film will be uploaded to Jinjasnap YouTube so it will meet the age criteria and is friendly enough for the younger generation to watch and this will result in it reaching a large audience.
